I am a media specialist in a diverse K-5 elementary school. The school has been closed since mid-March and students have been without a library for learning, relaxing, and choosing that "just right book".
I want all students to have the opportunity to read current title eBooks to spark their imaginations and help them continue to learn.
I miss being able to provide this at school, but I'm hoping you will help me provide this to their homes through our library website.
My Project
We are requesting a solid variety of eBooks for our students. eBooks are a great way for our students to continue to strengthen reading skills at home. They will also enable students to read for pleasure. I have created a list of 100 high-interest titles that can be checked out through our school library website.
Although our physical school library is closed, I still want to provide a fun, quality reading materials for our students to access at home.
You can help me purchase current eBooks to excite their imaginations and support them as they continue to learn at home. School funding is gone and we need your help.
