Wednesday, December 8th 7-8:00 PM The LCTA PTA would like to invite you to pause for a moment and learn tips to de-stress with fellow LCTA parent Mai Trinh who will discuss staying "Healthy for the Holidays": Learn tips on having a healthy holiday. This discussion will give you helpful steps on how to manage holiday stress while focusing on what really matters this season. We will cover mindfulness and go through a guided meditation breathing technique that you can practice anywhere during your busy day to destress, rebalance, and calm your nerves. This talk will help you to prioritize meaningful moments for your life and health going into the New Year. We will also talk about holiday healthy habits so you can be the best version of your parenting self. The Uniform Locker is located to the left of the main entrance to the school; its entry door faces the parking lot. If you have clothing to donate, donations are welcome at any time and can be dropped off at the front office. They can also be dropped off during the time uniform lockers are held. ACPS On-Site Covid-19 Testing Available to Students: On 25 October, ACPS began COVID-19 testing at all schools. In order for students to get tested, parents must opt in for the program EACH WEEK. The goal is to have 30% of students tested in order for the program to be effective.
