Safety on our Streets
At a special assembly on Friday upcoming, our children will learn more about street safety and the “stop, look and wave” steps to pedestrian safety. The PTA has been working closely with Alexandria City and the Safe Routes to School program to enhance the safety in the streets surrounding our school which currently get a “D” rating as recorded by pedestrian accidents. This survey was circulated earlier in the school year and only 14 parents responded. Please take the time to complete the survey to help support important safety changes necessary to our streets.

You will receive an email confirming your invite but please join the PTA for an information session, December 3rd at 8:00 am in the Library to learn more of what is expected in the role and what goes into planning for the upcoming winter class parties and year end celebrations.
