After-School Enrichment Programs
This will be our third year the PTA partners with Baroody Camps for our after-school programming. Registration is open now through September 23rd. Registration is first come, first serve! PLEASE NOTE: ASP is NOT open to Kindergarten students this year.
Back to School Night, Tuesday September 17th 6:00-8:00pm
This night is for parents only. No childcare will be provided.
Stop in the MPR (Gym) from 6:00pm to see; PTA, Baroody Camps, Campagna. Announcements will begin at 6:20pm to direct you to your classrooms. The first session will begin promptly at 6:30pm to 7:00pm and second session will run from 7:10pm-7:40pm. Please be mindful of your teacher’s time. Remember this evening is about visiting your classrooms (no individual conferences). Nuts and Bolts Night on September 10th is the night you will have attended to learn all the important details about your child’s school life at LCTA.
5th Grade Teacher Appreciation Breakfast, Wednesday September 18th
Each month the PTA sponsors a breakfast for our teachers at LCTA. This month, the 5th grade will host the breakfast. Please sign up for what you can bring! Items need to be delivered to the office the afternoon before or before 7:00 am on the morning of the breakfast. Thank you so much!
LION FEST! (previously known as Walk-A-Thon), October 31st
It is coming! The biggest fundraiser of our school year. Watch your child’s backpack for more information. It promises to be a fun event!

Are you creative? Like to work with computers? Love capturing life in photos?
Designing the LCTA yearbook might just be the volunteer job for you! The best part about this project? The result is a beautiful collection of memories for the students of Lyles-Crouch that will help raise money for the school! Work with a team of photographers comprised of parents, staff, and teachers to catch all of the important school year moments like the LION FEST, Assemblies, Classroom activities, Field Trips, Staff and Faculty Members, Career Day, then assemble them in a theme of your choice. You’ll work with SchoolAnnual’s book design software which is internet-based and easy to use on any computer. Graphic Design experience necessary. Photoshop skills help but are not a must. SchoolAnnual is always available to answer questions and help with technical issues if needed. Plus they handle all the printing! You can fit this job into your life by spreading out the work throughout the year or by doing it all in a month—however you like to get things done! It’s a lot of work, you will need to ask for help and delegate tasks, but in the end it is a very rewarding experience. The kids love these books!!
