Shop through smile.amazon.com, select LylesCrouch as your charity for LCTA PTA to receive a percentage on qualifying purchases. ‘Step Up to School’ Orientation Day We have updated our Kindergarten Prep program to be a half-day orientation for kindergarteners and first graders on the morning of August 20, 2021. Also, students new to ACPS in grades 2-5 will have an orientation that same afternoon. Step Up to School is only for students, more information will be sent the week of August 9th. 8:00 a.m. to noon: Kindergarten and grade 1 12:30 to 2:30 p.m.: New ACPS students in grades 2-5 Connect with the LCTA PTA 2021-2022 Connect with us for the 2021-2022 upcoming school year here. PTA Popsicle Membership Drive, Tuesday, August 31st, 2:30 - 4:00pm JOIN US after school for popsicles! Connect with your board members, learn what we do to support our school, and sign-up on the spot. Uniform Policy LCTA is a uniform school. Generally students are required to wear navy bottoms and white or navy tops. More details regarding the uniform policy can be found on the LCTA Website and the Welcome Back letter you will receive in the mail. Uniform Locker Open and Online Store Order Pick-Up, Friday, August 20th ,11:00am - 1:00pm The Uniform Locker has gently used uniforms for no charge (this is not an exchange: a donation of clothing is not required to make a selection). If you have clothing to donate, donations are welcome at any time and can be dropped off at the front office. If you purchased from the Online Store, those will be ready for pick up Friday, August 20th, 11:00am - 1:00pm. Safeway Foundation’s fifth annual School Spirit campaign
This August, as we all prepare to go back to school, Lyles Crouch Traditional Academy is participating in Safeway Foundation’s fifth annual School Spirit fundraising campaign.
Safeway Foundation and our local Safeway store at 500 S. Royal St., Alexandria, VA will be collecting monetary donations on behalf of Lyles Crouch Traditional Academy. All funds raised at the store will be donated to our school to help us with supplies and/or projects.
