We will be sending student donation totals home the week of the Walk-A-Thon, and the donation link will be active well after the event! If you’d like to know your student’s donation totals and donor info before we send them home, please email FundraisingEvents@lctapta.org.

Donating to the Participants
Feel free to circulate the link to friends and family. The participants have received a paper donation form if they choose to personally collect from family and friends in the form of cash and checks. These forms should be returned to the LCTA office.
Prizes will be awarded at assembly on 11/16 to the following:
A student “dress-down” day will be awarded to the grade with the most money donated.
The class who raises the most money in each grade will win an extra recess.
The student who raises the most money will win a family day-pass to Scramble Indoor Play.
Children who raise over $250 will be entered in to a drawing for one of two spots to be P.E. teacher for a day.
Children who raise over $350 will be entered in to a drawing to re-name the bus stop.
Each donor will receive a "thank you" email when a donation is made to a participant. At the conclusion of the fundraiser, parents/guardians will be notified with a list of all the donations made in the name of their child/ren. If you would like to see a list of donors who sponsored your child before the conclusion of the fundraiser, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The time slots for each grade's laps are as follows:
3rd Grade 8:15am - 9:00am
4th Grade 9:05am - 9:50am
5th Grade 9:55am - 10:40am
2nd Grade 11:50am - 12:35pm
Kindergarten 12:40pm - 1:25pm
1st Grade 1:30pm - 2:15pm
