5th Grade Corner
The 5th grade teachers and the PTA team are working hard to plan meaningful and festive ways to celebrate our 5th graders as they wrap up their elementary school chapter at LCTA. We hope the final weeks of school send them off with fond memories, cherished friendships, high spirits & high hopes for what is ahead.

Students will enjoy an all-school outdoor day of fun! Make sure your student wears sneakers and brings sunscreen and a hat! Students only.

SNEAKER BALL
12:30 - 2:00 PM
LCTA Multi-Purpose Room

In-classroom pizza party prior to the event

DJ DANCE PARTY with kid-appropriate music, games, and refreshments!

Attire: dress-up (or non-uniform!) paired with sneakers

Parents/guardians are invited (no siblings, please)

VOLUNTEERS: Volunteers will be needed. A sign-up sheet will be posted in May.

5TH GRADE PROMOTION CEREMONY
9:00-10:00 AM
LCTA Multi-Purpose Room

Promotion Rehearsal will be June 3-5
-
Students wear their uniforms with the provided LCTA shirt. Shirts will be sent home with students (PTA sponsored!).

Students arrive at school at the normal time (teachers bring them to the ceremony).

There will be cake outside at the picnic tables (weather permitting) immediately following the ceremony for families. Students are then free to go home with their families.
