To recap, here are some ways you can get engaged:

1. Submit a question about issues concerning our school and district to be asked at the PTAC Candidate Forum by Friday, December 22nd via 2. GW Middle School Elective Fair + Curriculum Night 1/17

5th grade parents, mark your calendars for this exciting opportunity to get to know George Washington Middle School on Wednesday 1/17 from 5:30 - 7 pm!

The Middle School Elective Fair and Curriculum Night is an opportunity for students and families to gain insight into the curriculum covered in grade-level content classes and preview electives.

Nominations for Most Outstanding Crossing Guard Due by 1/19

Please help us honor our amazing crossing guard, Ms. Cora Reed, by nominating her for Crossing Guard Appreciation Day here. Ms. Cora Reed has been a part of our community for decades, and works hard day in and day out to keep our students safe!

A picture of Ms. Cora is included below, which you can use to submit your nomination, or feel free to use your own picture of Ms. Cora, of course! Thank you for taking the time to helping us recognize Ms. Cora!

 Uniform Locker: Request for Hangers

If you have unused hangers at home, the Uniform Locker is in need. Plastic is the preference, but would also take sturdier metal ones. If you have donations, please drop off in the main office and let them know to bring to the Uniform Locker.

Thank you for your support!
