If your student has an ACPS chromebook that is not in working condition, please submit a chromebook help request. By filling out this request, you will be able to exchange it for a working Chromebook. Appointments are being scheduled at the Student Helpdesk at TC Williams Highschool. These appointments have already begun (as of Monday August 17), so please attend to this ASAP. Students should not have more than one device assigned to them. If you received a replacement Chromebook between March and August, please return the non-functional device to the Student Helpdesk at TC Williams by Door 6/7 in the patio area facing King Street. The Helpdesk is operating from 8am - 4pm. If you do not require a replacement device, you can drop off a non-functioning Chromebook without submitting a request or scheduling an appointment.
Please help us collect these Chromebooks so they may be repaired and reappropriated to students who need them!
